I visited the office to renew my passport at the end of February. The staff were attentive and expected me. The process was easy and I was in and out in a very short time. The passport was ready even earlier than the receipt said. I am a very pleased customer. I plan to go back to get the kids passports renewed as well.

I've submitted my application from June I've been calling from September 2018 its November and still no answer the office number just rings everytime I call for answers. Im not even sure if they had submitted my application now I'm stuck in this country and no help from my government, this makes no sense I mean it really do since the office is filled with Bahamian people. This is my people so I know their habits and that's just sad because no matter where you go that annoying spirit of laziness just lingers in our race
