Very attentive staff, quick processing too. The only issue was there is no place to mail items back to Colombia in the building or near by. Had to drive another 30 minutes to a supermarket to find one. Other than that no issues.

I was attended by Andres and he was extremely helpful in explaining the procedure for background checks and apostilles. He even assisted me with the website and when it was not working he offered to investigate with other departments to see what is the issue.
