Love this location! Danny is amazing. Knowledgeable, informative, does the research and puts in the time to learn your baby and what their needs are. He has played a very substantial roll in the growth, nutrition and healthy choices for my two. Thank you Concord and Danny!

Had a WONDERFUL experience at this Store. I needed a certain food fir my 10year old Sheltie and they had it for me. Then I found a cute stuffed Unicorn that has a squeaker in it for the same puppy. My Maddie was really HAPPY! THANKS CONCORD PETS FOR MAKING A SICK PUPPY VERY HAPPY!

I love this store. The store is always stocked. The staff is super friendly! The new manager is doing a great job. Much improvements since new management came in. So much better! All of the employees are super nice too! Everyone is extremely helpful and makes me feel welcome. The store is neat and clean. I hope things stay this way for a long time! Good job to all of the staff there for making the store a much better experience! Oh yea… They almost always have crickets in stock too! A nice selection of them.

Love this store! The manager, Dan is TOP Notch!!! He is friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable and always quick to help you find what you're looking for. A great place to go for food, supplies and advice!

Had a wonderful experience at the store with the manager Danny. I had questions trying to help my daughter with her leopard gecko and other things to feed it. He was very helpful. He even discussed how we can create a cricket brooder tank and they could get everything for me in the store with a discount. I love the idea but I also had to make sure I had enough room for it before I could comit.

Best pet store in the state. Dan is your man at Concord Pets. So helpful and kind. Recommended an elk antler for my St Bernard pup and it was the best suggestion. Not only does she love it, but it's saved me money that would have been spent on plushy toys that she destroys in 24 hours. Lol

This store has completely turned around in the past few months. Danny and his staff have done an excellent job flipping the entire store and reorganizing everything. Bags are organized neatly on shelving and are sectioned together. There’s also more space upon entering the store and it has been cleaned down to the bone. I don’t see how anyone could pass up coming into this store now.

I have been a long time customer of this store and I have to say that Danny has been an amazing leader for his team! The staff all seem so much happier and friendlier! The store is always clean and organized. Danny himself is always a joy to talk to and just truly amazing! I even brought one of my maine coons in to see him and he just fell in love! My big baby wasn't happy about the cat food shortage but Danny found an excellent substitute and all were happy again! Keep up the amazing work and thank you to the entire Milford team!

The staff is ALWAYS helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I love bringing my dogs in for a treat. I also bring my puppies here for socialization and the staff is so welcoming and understanding when the pups have an accident. I couldn't be happier coming to this pet store

I went to the store and I got these for my five dogs and it works excellent and the manger is outstanding I would recommend going to that store
