3 strikes I'm done. Tried fried chick 3 weeks ago, tasted like soap. Gave 2nd chance, i love this brand chicken.. got chicky sandwich.. soaked with pickle juice... yuk. Help my sanity, i tried kast night.. bought bbq chicky sandwich. Bad move.. Was a sloppy soggy yuk. Bread was dry. The substance was just slop. Tossed it again. Sorry, will not do a 4th.. Done!

730pm and no food. Employee stated walking out "I just put on gloves I'm not helping anyone" then asked my kids if they needed help ignoring myself and my wife.

this is the worst chester's fried chicken i ever went and i looked online and they said they have buffalo sauce on the menu and when my mom told buffalo sauce and then i threw a very bad tantrum when i was a kid since that i thought they gonna have it but they said they don't have it and. but it happened a very long time like many years ago that's since when i was a kid and did not care for this place at all. and i gave 1 star is because they don't have the buffalo sauce at all. and they should have the buffalo sauce on the online menu like it said. and they will regret this.

If you want fried skin with no chicken this is your place and if you want any other food items you can forget it. The Duson location is the worse one of all.

Very disappointing... Bought a large order of gizzards and a fried pie, the gizzards we’re old and soggy and the fried pie had a hole in the middle of it where all the contents had apparently leaked out while in the fryer. Stopped in Andrews and threw the $7 plus dollar ineditable meal in the trash. Terrible experience!

It's 830pm and they are working on shutting down. Won't cook anything that's ran out. Website says they close at 10pm. Just sorry.

This is the 2nd chester's that didn't have liver. If you have it on the menu you should have it!!!

Went in for tenders, told it'd be a five minute wait, so went and paid for coffee, came back 5 minutes later and she said, I'm dropping them now, 15 minutes....um OK...bye!!
