ZERO STARS! I called 3 times today it's not bad enough I am beyond grief stricken and needed your services to pick up my cat but not a single returned call!? Disgraceful!

It's my understanding they are under new management now. Two weeks ago, our dog passed at home. I called three times and never received a call back. I ended up making other arrangements through my Vet.nnIn speaking with my Vet, there are several of their clients who have had issues. Too bad, they did great work for me a few years ago.

In a one-month period, my family and I lost 2 beloved cats ... an adult cat who had developed jaw sarcoma, and a beautiful 9-week Siamese kitten. It was incredibly painful to lose these family members. The service put forth by Cherished Memories was wonderful. It was easy and quick, and the people we spoke with (via telephone and email) were lovely every time. The costs were far more reasonable than other companies in town, and the results were tasteful and comforting. They made a very difficult time for us somewhat easier. I give them my highest recommendation.

This is my first time using Cherished Memories. I have to say I am very impressed with their quality of pet memorials. I received the paw print urn with, paw print in terracotta along with the Rainbow Bridge poem this week. Very bitter sweet to receive these mementos of my sweet Shyanne, yet I can tell how care and love Cherished Memories put into all of these memories for me. Thank you very much!!

After losing our dog while on a trip, we we’re lucky to find Cherished Memories. They were super cooperative and very kind. Completely recommend their service.
