Certified Lock & Access

I had my locks re-keyed, ran to the store and when I came back I couldn't get in my house. I had to wait almost two hours for Steve to come back and try to fix the problem. (Take note that he is their ONLY technician!) After taking the deadbolt apart and putting it back together 3 times he stated that it was shot and needed to be replaced. "It just happens with these Quickset locks." He stated that he would have to overnight order a new one because he didn't have any in stock, but that he'd take care of it. An entire week went by before and I finally called to see what was happening. The secretary was confused and said that the job had already been invoiced. "Did we not finish?" Deep breaths on my end! When I gave my address and said I was the customer whose lock didn't work a half hour after re-keying and that I felt pretty sure she should remember me since it was her who took my distress call, she suddenly remembered, put me on hold and came back on the line saying they'd be out the following day between 10-11. I asked for an earlier appointment since I work midnights, but 10-11 was my only choice. I stated that I couldn't help but wonder WHEN anyone from the company would have gotten around to calling me, since a week had passed and I had to follow up with them! I even gave them the benefit of the doubt over the weekend and finally had to take action on Wednesday, a full week later. I would not recommend this company to anyone, ever. Customer service is obviously not their forte.

Stephen got to my home around ten minutes after my call and quickly got us inside. Courteous, friendly, and affordable. Can’t recommend him enough.

Hands down the nicest and coolest guy, my mothers door handle fell into pieces. Stephen came out on Christmas Eve at 930 to make sure the door was fuxed and she was safe. If google offered more stars he would get them.

We were in the process of preparing our home for a photo shoot and needed to replace the hardware on the front door. Steve was terrific in accommodating our needs on such short notice. He came out in the evening to install the new hardware in order to ensure it was ready for the next day's photography session. Knowledgable and incredibly responsive. This is your go to firm!

I locked my keys in my car which happened to be on the same street. Initially they didn't have anyone to come out and assist. The woman answering the phone called me back and said she had someone and would send him immediately. I wish i remembered his name but he was so nice and got my car open. Thank you thank you!

Very helpful. Made keys to fit our lock quickly and at a reasonable cost. When they were unable to help with a car lock, they referred me to someone who could. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

I accidentally locked myself out of my house this evening. I called Certified Lock, just randomly found them on Google, and the gentleman was at my house in 30 minutes and had my door open in about 90 seconds. I also felt he was affordably priced. 5 stars all the way!

I was very happy with the work on my the tech did a wonderful job and cleaned up afterward and very reasonable and so help and explained everything he was. I will be calling him soon to do more locks. BC Glenmoore PA

Steve kept working to open a safe that won't open in order to save it he was successful good job Steve
