Budget Car Rental

Legitimately the worst business I've ever gave money to. I reserved a trailer months in advance only arrive to a shop with a single tow dolly. After the manager refused to solve the issue, she assured me that it would fit my intended vehicle. I reluctantly accepted due to time constraints. The tow dolly did not fit my vehicle and resulted in undercarriage damage. Furthermore, the rental truck that was rented came with a leaky window, check engine light, and holes in the cabin of the truck that resulted in water damage. I contacted Budget only to be told "We cannot promise vehicles that are reserved, we can only offer the vehicles that we have available." I guess I don't know what it means to reserve something. Anyways, rant over, but don't think about ever using Budget, specifically this Dover location.

They provided a nice new car. It was very clean and the customer service rep was kind and informative. Great service.

The customer service disrespectfully continued to hang up on me. And they ran a soft pull on my credit without my consent! Illegal. They are scammers and they are so poor in customer service! I will NEVER rent from them again AND Im reporting them to the Better Business B

The woman who runs the is place is amazing. She takes care of problems, resolves issues and is always cheerful and friendly. Best customer service I have ever gotten at a rental car place all over the country. Tina you are a gem!!

Worst customer service EVER!! Needed to cancel my reservation, I should have been charged $50 fee. They charged my Way more than that. I have called customer service 4 times. I was told I would be transferred to billing, then get disconnect each time. I called an asked for a direct number to the billing dept. I was given a phone number to France budget!! No way to get in touch with these people! Horrible service

The worst experience I ever had. Almost a month ago I requested a vehicle when I got there the vehicle I requested was not there. The vehicle they gave me was not clean. The vehicle I requested found out it was given away that morning to a lady. They only offer an apology and 50 dollars for my inconvenience. Never used them

This place just gave me a dirty car inside and out. If you prepaid with budget for 1 week and want to return it early you dont get your money back for prepayment. So I return the car and they told me they gave me a upgrade and without telling me and they charged me for it which. I bring up the issue and they offered me 15 dollars for my troubles! This company is trash dont get your car hear because they are trouble and robbers

Not impressed with the management. The speed of service. Will be seeking a talk with the customer care team when i return the car and get back home. Very poor management. If something is not done i will rent from another agency next time. I counted 5 to choose feom at least at every airport ive been too in past two years.

The cars are filthy, there were crumbs and stains all over the car I rented. Read the fine print because they have hidden holds on your debit card, once you go to pick up your vehicle. I always go with enterprise but they require a $500 deposit which deturred me. And budget supposedly only required a $200 deposit. Lies!!! I not only paid for my rental but had additonal holds on my card. At least with enterprise you know what is being held and that the rental fees will come out of that money. Do not go with Budget. They never answer the phone, do not clean their cars, and will nail you with hidden fees. Beware!!!!!

I rented an SUV, the vehicle was not there. Instead of calling and telling me my vehicle did not arrive and offering me options they picked a van out for me. Then was told at least we had an option for you (yeah real professional right). I went to another rental company and got what I wanted. I will never use them again.
