People with no manners whatsoever. Female security guard with no idea what customer service is and how to treat patrons. Unbelievable ud83dude2c.

I went for a birthday girls Trip last week and there were nine of us girls. We got on in Fort Lauderdale and wrote it to West Palm Beach.nThe train ride was fun fast and fabulous. The train station and train was amazing the people were amazing clean new modern very cool. We got VIP tickets for only $45 round-trip including food & drinks before & after and during the train ride. To top it off I lost my expensive pair sunglasses at train station lounge , They gave me a email address for lost items, and they replied immediately they had found them! so Brightline is amazing this company their staff! I highly recommend this trip.nnWhen we got off we walked a few blocks to the new Restoration Hardware restaurant that was excellent. It was a lovely walk and great food. I would highly suggest this.

No issues parking in the garage. We had the cruise package and enjoyed the ease of parking our car safely in the covered garage, taking the train and enjoying the lounge. The check in was almost smooth. The kiosk didn't have our reservation, but the service desk got us squared away. We enjoyed mimosas and all the snacks in the select lounge. Boarding was easy but beware they run Polar Express during the holidays and the terminal was packed to the gills with families. On train service was great. The terminal here is smaller than Miami. The bathrooms are on the opposite side of the lounge. There should be bathroom just for select passengers in the lounge. Overall a smooth start to our vacation.

My family was invited to ride the famous Brightline train. To my suprise, it was more than a regular train ride to different stops, it was more like a Christmas Story with high paced energy, engaging performances, music, snacks and fun, singing, and old fashion hot chocolate. Somewhat of a Disney experience without leaving your seat. Wearing pajamas was the theme and was optional but fun to see.
