I was able to get a tie that I needed on short notice. Good price and a nice tie. Been years since I've been there. I hope they continue to be available for the tax-free shopping of good prices on good clothes.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced with both the cashier AND the manager. It was so bad that I will NEVER go there again and I am canceling my Boscov's credit card. They have permanently lost a customer! I think in this day and age with the brick and mortar stores hanging by a thread they would do better.

We went to purchase men's shorts. They had all of the colors we were looking for and we found a few nice shirts too. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

Always a nice place to shop. Easy to get around. Could use better signage for departments. Not use to this store new to the area.

This store very nice and clean has different items than the Salisbury store. I will be back. I got sandals and dress shoes. Nice variety of shoes with wide fit.

Everything you can imagine is here and usually on sale. This store is a cut above a Walmart but somewhere well below a Lord and Taylor. They have a vast selection of clothing in all sizes including petite, women's, and plus. For some reason I am always able to find something that is very nice for a good price. I wish they would upgrade their fitting rooms as they are shabby and worn out but the staff is friendly and helpful. Be sure to ask about additional discounts. Browse the housewares department for bargains. The Dover store has an abandoned side patio for Garden merchandise. Seems that the big department stores like this one are struggling to make it. I hope they do so hang on Boscovs!

This store has something for everyone. From a $10 watch to a $1000 watch . They have just about every department a store can have and every department seems to have items from the cheapest to the best and the great sales they are always having seem to cover them all. Of course you might run into a salesperson having a bad day anywhere but for the most part the sales associates at Boscovs are friendly and helpful. Boscovs has become my families goto department store when we are looking for quality goods and clothing that you just can't find at that place that's sells all that cheap stuff.
