Customer service was excellent, product was as described. Prompt and courteous staff and service. Only thing I would add is for your teams to at least follow-up with your customers within 2-3 days after delivery or pick up.

This store and the one in Middletown are both great. Honest, hard working bike enthusiasts that will always do their best to take care of you. I’ve never bought a bike, just bought parts and gotten service done but it’s been great every single time. Great guys if you need anything done with your bike!

Just moved to Dover in October and first time living in DE after serving overseas. During COVID, had some urgent repairs to the crankshaft that holds the pedals and wasn't going to figure this one out on my own. Bike line was open much to my surprise, only for repairs but that was exactly what I needed. I was given a huge scale of how much new parts were going to cost as well as some interesting and very helpful advise! My bike is back and I know I'll be going back for all services and look forward to regular business coming back for equipment sales! Great customer service as well!

Great service, good selections. It's not easy to find this level of customer service any more. I had a problem with a bike I bought from them years prior and they were excellent from the beginning of the warranty process to helping me select a new bike and accessories. I don't go anywhere else.

Prices were reasonable and the work appears to be solid. They also threw in a few extra touches into the service, like explaining how to use the shifter on my bike (I didn't know it was a friction shifter and had never used one before) and also tightened up some loose parts of my bike in addition to the services I requested/was charged for.

Dover Bike Line has great customer service. Techs thoroughly explained the service details and what they found during the process of the tune up. As long as I still live in the area I plan on returning each year for my tune up and if any other problems arise with my bikes.

The employees helped us greatly in our bike search! They asked us about the type of biking we wanted to do (trails, road, etc.), & then offered several options. They took the time to answer our many questions & did not pressure us into making a decision. After a couple of visits, we both chose our bikes & helmets. We love our new bikes, & highly recommend Bike Line of Dover!

Only had one experience so far, but they were very helpful as I am fairly new to cycling. They also said they would try and work with me on pricing to get a set of wheels laced. I will definitely be returning 👍🏼

Two nice guys running a successful business. Accommodating and helpful. Walked in off the street, and they fixed my bike with a quick twist of a small tool for no charge. This is the kind of business ethic that's missing so dearly these days.

Very great experience with Jeff reasonable price for labor charge and doesn’t try to be a pushy sales guy also they did a few extra things to adjust my brakes and didn’t charge me to even look or fix them I highly recommend them if you have a bicycle needing fixed
