Ordered an arrangement about 9-9:30 am, asked what time they would be delivered, was told sometime later that morning. Called florist to see if flowers had been delivered about 6 hours later and was told they were out for delivery then. I asked why they hadn't been delivered yet, I was put on hold, and after 4 minutes I was hung up on, so I called back. I was told "we don't know why they weren't delivered this morning, we can deliver them to the house". I told them I didn't know if anyone would be there, they said" well we can leave them". Why would I want an arrangement I paid $50 for left outside? So disappointed, first and last time I use this florist. Update: my daughter just got a call from her work, the flowers were delivered there! I'm fuming, it's 4:30 and she has to go back to work to get her flowers, unbelievable!!!!

Poor presentation with delivery. Dog accompanied delivery driver and was let out of the personal SUV to roam the front yard. The balloons were let go inside the house. The driver spilled the flower vase water on the card and caused the print on the card to run and be illegable. I additionally called and spoke with Anthony, the Manager, about the size dimensions of the arragarrang compared to what was shown on line. His responses were he apologized about the driver but they had the discretion to change the arrangement size without compensation to the purchaser. I'll never deal with this unprofessional florist again. Unhappy customer.

I've had great service here, and its sad to see that other people give it such a low rating. The works are sweet, and definitely give you what you ask for. I wanted my corsage for prom to match my dress and I gave them a strip of the dress that was tailored off to match the ribbon, they instead used the extra material as well. It was very thoughtful and made the flowers even more special.

NEVER EVER Buy flowers here and let me explain why. I was so happy to order these really nice flowers from teleflora and they are called Heart and Soul and I ordered them because of the design. It was a heart shaped design and i ordered the premium version of the flowers and as per the description it clearly states that it is supposed to be all roses and what i received was some roses mixed with carnations and the wrong vase that was pictured and it was in the shape of a circle not a heart. Here comes the worse part of my experience. I went to the florist right after my wife got the flowers and showed the lady there and she agreed that it was wrong. I told her to have the owner call me and she did and when i explain my problem to her she had the F**** nerve to say i get what i pay for and i did not spend $125 and if i want to be cheap then that is what i get. Are you F**** kidding me. How dare you say this to me i paid for the best flowers not the little package but the premium package and for her to say i am cheap!!!!!. Then she insisted that the flowers were in the heart shape and i have the photo to prove it so please please do not ever buy from this RUDE RUDE lady she doesnt deserve to be in business

it's unfortunate that we can't give negative ratings; received a call that the flowers had been delivered (they had not been) then another call saying that the driver would 'be there shortly'. Gave up waiting after 10:00pm . Called following day and was basically told 'too bad so sad'. Manager is very unprofessional.

Ordered from them 1 time..a huge waste of money..sent Christmas flowers to relatives and they were half the size of what I ordered but charged for the larger arrangement..when I called them the owner had a real nasty attitude.filed with BBB..they are just as inept as beaver branch....
