How do you have a Barnes & noble with no actual books?!?!? Change the name and call it textbook and sweater store at Georgia college! Such a waste of a historic theater here in milledgeville

Well, this is just a college textbook store with no other books, no coffee, no neat eclectic college town bookstore vibe -- only extremely overpriced t-shirts (cheapest @ $35). I was disappointed because the location in an old theater promised an expectation that was sorely twarted.

When you go into a store, and the cashier recommends you go elsewhere to get things, that's not a good experience. Like come on guys, go hit Amazon for textbooks.
Update: they lost my things. I ordered books because they were cheaper there than Amazon for once (not a typical thing). They promptly lost my stuff, charged me for it anyway, and then emailed me several times. It was the worst user experience I've ever had.

Was surprised the book store was in an old theater. Pretty neat. Bought some Georgia College logo clothes and misc logo products for Granddaughter. The sales assistance was so helpful to this Grandma. Made the two hour drive worth it. The street where the store is located is charming and I will be exploring when my granddaughter is a student there next year

Usually have a good experience. Called and the person who answered was happy, when I was transferred however they sounded like they did not want to help me. They even started to say "Have you tried pricing online?" Maybe I have and wanted to make sure the price was correct, maybe I haven't, maybe I didn't have access. I took this as extremely rude because she already sounded annoyed that I was asking her anything. I will not be coming here again if I can help it even if they magically have the lowest price.

Milledgeville has an amazing Barnes & Noble "College" Bookstore. It has an amazing staff with a wide variety of things to choose from. It has every right to be referred to as a Barnes & Noble store because it is. It is just Barnes & Noble College Bookstore where you can order any book that Barnes & Nobel retail stores carry. There is a difference between the two stores but they are both Barnes & Noble. :)

I purchased books under their buy 2 get 1 free deal and got charged for all 3. Then they refused to refund me. This is why they have lost to Amazon.

They over charge everything and when they say they'll price match, it's only for certain books. I'm not gonna pay an extra $20-40 on online courses because they want to upcharge the source's price (not 3rd party)

The place is really nice and they have many great products. The reason I am giving them 3 stars is because the textbooks are EXTREMELY over priced.

Nice, clean store. Plenty to choose from. Many different brands. Staff was very polite and friendly.
