It's rare to get a city office employee that is THIS Knowledgeable, That willing to assist and tries to make himself that Available (No voicemail wasteland). Too much beaucracy involved in getting a simple permit. A resident getting simple windows needs a building permit. Took the day off work only to find out the planner and the back up planner were in a meeting. Meeting was supposed to end at 4, but they never returned. Had to come back again the next day. They seem to forget who they serve.
