I had been calling for almost 2 months checking to see if an authorization letter got faxed so I could pick up my husbands car...every single time I called the customer service reps were helpful and had good customer service...sometimes the wait for someone to pick up would be over an hour...long story short the authorization finally came a couple days before his car was going up for auction and I was able to get his car....thanks for being patient because i know i called alot of times.

Not bad considering the circumstances and current status of the retrieval process. Lady at the front was nice, no clear signs of how to approach & must have an appointment

Make an appointment otherwise you cannot get your vehicle.

Customer service was excellent. You have to get through first and the wait can be lengthy, especially with COVID.
