Tonight I took my daughter to Applebee's for her birthday. We only had a party of 3 due to the time we decided to go I didn't want to take a crowd. First off our server seemed very agitated that he had to wait on us. We ordered appetizers and when they arrived we were not given napkins, silverware or any plates to divide the food when we did place our order it came out at normal speed. The chicken on the pasta dish was burnt and inedible. The wonton chicken taco were also unappetizing. Luckily the birthday girl enjoyed her food. As for me and the other guest that was with us left majority of our food untouched. So unhappy

Most recently I had to drop my rating for this location. I ordered the chicken Alfredo. When the waiter asked why I was not eating it I told him it was too bland. He said it was his favorite and must not have been my thing. He asked if I wanted a box to bring it home for one of the kids. The only way I could see this being anyone's favorite is if you bring it home and season it yourself.
I also ordered two of the same margaritas. The second one tasted different and was a brighter color. I didn't even bother after my experiences of telling the waiter how I felt about the food. IF the second drink was the same it had more flavoring and less alcohol.
Overall, very disappointing. My kids and I have always loved Applebee's. Their shakes didn't even have whipped cream...

After 7 hours on the road we stopped to get a bite to eat before driving the last hour and a half. This place was an oasis. Super staff and wonderful food. And from our experiences the server can make or break the meal, Ray C made our meal and day with his charm and humor.

Applebee's is not my favorite place. The food is good. The service is good. The prices are good. I cannot nor do I have any complaints. I'm just not ever "wowed" by the food or anything else there. Everything is good. Not great. But good!

My wife and I stopped over this location just before 3:00 pm and I have to say, excellent job from everyone here in Milford. Our hats goes off to our server, Jesus G, he was on point, since we sat down until we left. Food was good, no waiting. Rib’s and Southwest Chicken Bowl, excellent and to top it off , Chocolate Meltdown Cake 👍

I feel like 3 stars is too low, but 4 stars is too high. Food was okay ( we all tried the new bowls ) waitress did great job. The hostess kinda weirded us out when she asked me and my sister (both in our late teens) if we wanted crayons? We all laughed as if it was a joke, but she was serious. She then continued to stare at us the entire time we ate. Maybe she thought she knew me I have no clue 😂 funny experience over all but yeah. Food wasn't the best.

Is always good to frequent this restaurant. Sorry that because of all the goings on in the country that they had to cut back on some menu items. What they did have was well prepared and tasted great. Alos friendly wait staff.

Oh boy where should I start , 3 stars only because they corrected the issue without a problem but to give someone food like that in the first place is quite horrible. I had ordered an American cheese burger and the double crunch garlic Parmesan bone in wings with fries. The wings were soggy, the skin was saturated to the point it was as if someone had spilled their drink into my food container, the fries were cold. The burger had welted lettuces. Upon returning the food we were met by a Supervisor and was given fresh food. Thank God. But the first time around my order was yuck 🤢

My family and I go to this Applebees once every few months or so. (The kids love it.) Each time the service differs but I came here to review today because of the fantastic service and our waiter was amazing tonight. Thank you so much Roy!!

Enjoyed the food and the service was excellent for this location. Friendly and kind. Food came right away.
