I had the last appointment of the day...10P. Joanna, the intake person and Francesca, the tech treated me as though I was the first person of the day. They were kind, pleasant, and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire process. They made sure a claustrophobic appointment was not a disastrous one. Thank you so much for your kindness.

Staff were wonderful to deal with. They showed a tremendous amount of compassion and care for my me and my injury. The Office Manager is my hero because she helped me when noone else would. Your kind words and encouragement that things would get better meant the world to me.

When you need your records and all you get is a voice recording that speeds through the fax number so fast you have to call three times. Did they get the fax? Are my records ready? Not good.......

The phone staff were rude when setting up the appointment and seemingly wanted to get me off the phone ASAP without setting up an appointment. Then, despite asking several staff members regarding the turn around time because my doctor needed the results that day, the results were never sent and my treatment was delayed. I will never return here short of an actual emergency and even then, if this is representative of the level of care available at the hospital at large, I'm likely better off getting care elsewhere.nnPS. Good luck getting someone on the phone. Wait times are a lie (they said 8 minutes, I was on hold for 25) and the call will drop leading to even more waiting just to be told they can't help.

long wait times to make an appointment on the phone (25 mins+ 3 times).nNo response to appointment requests through their online portal. Long lead times to get specialty imaging appointments. Last minute cancellation which they said was due to my insurance having not authorized the test yet, a week later. Called another imaging place and had an appointment in 3 mins 2 days from now.
