Called me and never left a message or a name to call back. So I called the number back a dozen times and no one has answered. My case is urgent. I was told two weeks ago that my benefits would be reloaded in 72 hours and now it’s been two and a half weeks. They truly don’t care apparently

If you are in a position where you have to deal with people, you are supposed to have patience and be understanding. I didn't get that, I got someone that walked away from me. I left without any answer to my questions. Just a fill this form out and wait a month to get answers.

It is what it is at this place, you have your rude staff members and a handful of professional staff. Free your entire day because this won't be an in and out type thing, come early as they do have sessions and they fill up fast. I would say about 8 and make sure you have all your personal docs so you don't have to come back....
