Altitude Trampoline Park

My son and I came here yesterday and he had a blast! One of the staff even pmayed with him on the inflatable air bag jump and encouraged him to climb the wall in the obstacle course. The entire staff as a whole were very polite! I definitely appreciate the woman who jumped with my son and interacted with him especially since I am currently 7 months pregnant! We will definitely be back again. The nachos were good as well as slushies and they mix flavors for you. We both had a blast, my son playing amd me...eating! Ha! Thanks again!

This was thee worse!!!!!! I had to chase down an employee for everything just to have my daughter's party flow correctly. The room had a smell to it, the floor was sticky and disgusting. There were signs above the door and prior to the party I did a visit and specified what name I wanted above the door well that didn't happen. I had been begging and chasing folks down most of the afternoon to get our daughter's name up and then they told us the piece was broken only to find out someone had written on it with semi permanent ink. The employees said they were gonna switch the sign which never happened. Finally an employee comes with a ladder he can't get it off and next thing I know my husband is up the ladder. Now I've called corporate and left messages and guess what happened....nothing

It is over priced and the condition of there equipment is not up to grade. I heard from a group that went there two weeks ago that everyone is now sick with covid the 4 children and 8 adults .the puzza was disgusting.the only good thing about it us kids love it for whats it worth.if they did mire cleaning and have there crew do a lot less hanging on there phones thry could get more dobe to fix all the deficencies this place has.

We have Birthaday Parties here every year for both of our kids . We had yet another today, and another GREAT experience. Super clean, super friendly and attentive staff, organized, helpful, I could keep going! This year our host was Indira. She was amazing. Professional, proactive, and super responsive. Definitely an asset to their company. I can't recommend them enough for Birthday parties. Keep up the great work Altitude!

I brought my son here today for his birthday. He said it’s been his best birthday yet. It was super clean. Every staff member that was there today was amazing. From the woman checking us in, the guy who played with my son, and the guy who made our pretzels! Lisa the manager was super welcoming and friendly and very attentive. We will definitely be back and will probably choose this trampoline park over any other one after the experience we had today!

Wonderful place to bring your kids to have a great time and burn some of that extra energy! Guaranteed a good night sleep! The staff there is very cheerful and was happy to help with any questions , comments and concerns that I had. Overall clean establishment with decent pizza. I will be looking forward to going back soon!

We had my grand daughters bday party there yesterday. First of all the person who was suppose to be there working barely came to see if anything was needed. They dont like to give ice with drinks. Who wants a drink with no ice. They were not friendly at all. And when my daughter wanted another pizza which she was paying for the employee gave her a hard time. I will never recommend this place.

We had a great rainy summer afternoon there. Lots for the kids and adults to do. Got a little crowded on the trampolines, some of the refs were better than others about maintaining the safety rules, but overall a safe experience. Fast moving, so the refs have to stay alert and maintain order. We had a great time and spent several hours jumping and climbing.

Always a good time, very friendly staff. Some of the equipment - padded mats, basketball rims, etc - are showing some wear (and have for the past few months). These may currently be or could potentially be safety issues in the future and as such should be addressed. Other than that, we enjoy the Toddler Time every few weeks.

I will start out saying my kids love this place and we go often since it's convenient after school. They love the ninja warrior course and dodgeball. It is a bit run down, half the lights are turned off, the staff could be more professional although they're friendly enough, the food is not so tempting. However there are great restaurants a block away, so it's fun to have a few parents watch the kids while the other parents hit the restaurant! Would love to see this place get a big upgrade with an adult-friendly restaurant added in it Dave & Busters or Beer Garden style.
