Although very nice when ordering over the phone, I was very disappointed with what we received. The picture on the right was on the website and I paid extra for fresh cut flowers. When I called to tell them my concerns and that we didn't receive the flowers that we paid extra for, the florist kept trying to justify the cost of what she did and treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about, it truly looked like a child had made this In Loving Memory Terrarium. Although the succulents that are in it are nice, I was expecting some leafy plants as well. I didn't appreciate being treated like I didn't know what I was ordering or talking about as I have made terrarium's myself.

My daughter's wedding bouquet was absolutely gorgeous. All our flowers were beautiful and they were so easy to work with. I highly recommend.
